How to Apply

Enrolment Process

A.I.C. Masinga Bible College admits students through two intakes each year. Follow these steps to join our community.

Application

Submit a completed application form together with all required supporting documents before the application deadline.

Interview

Attend an admission interview based on your programme schedule. Interviews are conducted in April, May, or before the second intake.

Admission

Receive an official letter of admission with registration instructions upon successful completion of the interview process.

Admission Requirements

Based on the official application form (MBCc)

Complete Personal Data section (Full names, DOB, ID, email, phone, marital status, spouse details).

Section I

Select the course/programme you are applying for (Diploma, Certificate, etc.) with academic level indicated.

Section II

Explain how you plan to finance your education (sponsors, contacts).

Section III

Church membership details (local church, pastor, D.C.C., salvation, baptism, ministry involvement).

Section IV

Disclose any health issues (YES/NO, with brief condition).

Section V

Pastor's reference (form supplied) and D.C.C Chairman's recommendation on separate paper.

Section VI

Pay KES 1,000 application fee upon interview notification.

Section VII

On a separate sheet, describe your call to ministry, Christian experience, reasons for studying at MBC, and future plans.

Interview Schedule (as per application form)

School-Based Programme: Interviews conducted in April.

Regular Programme: Interviews conducted in May.

Second Intake: Interviews conducted before commencement; applicants notified upon receipt of application.

Application fee: KES 1,000 (payable after your application is received, on interview day).

Please ask your Pastor to complete the reference form (supplied) and return directly to the College Admissions Department. Also, ask your D.C.C Chairman to write a recommendation on a separate paper acknowledging that he knows you and you come from his D.C.C.
